All orders are produced according to client-approved specifications, including design, fabric, sizing, colors, branding, and packaging. Once samples are approved and bulk production begins, changes may not be possible.
Minimum order quantities vary depending on product type, design complexity, and customization requirements. MOQ details will be communicated during the quotation process.
All prices are quoted in agreed currency.
Payments must be made according to the terms mentioned in the invoice or agreement.
Production will begin only after payment confirmation.
Any bank or transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
Samples are developed for approval purposes. Sample costs and shipping charges may apply and will be communicated in advance. Bulk production will proceed only after written or confirmed sample approval.
Production timelines depend on order size and customization. Estimated delivery schedules are provided before order confirmation; however, timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Express Apparel follows strict quality control procedures. Minor variations in color, fabric texture, or measurements may occur due to manufacturing processes and are considered acceptable within industry standards.
We ship internationally through trusted logistics partners.
Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Express Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier services.
Due to the customized nature of bulk manufacturing, returns and refunds are not accepted unless there is a proven manufacturing defect or deviation from approved specifications.
All client-provided designs, logos, and branding remain the property of the client. Express Apparel will not reproduce or share designs without prior consent.
All client information, designs, pricing, and communications are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
Express Apparel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
